My personal method for hangover prevention is to drink as much water as I’m physically capable of consuming right before I fall asleep(pass out). You’ll probably wake up at 5am with a very full bladder, but the headache and nausea will not be along for the ride.
Additional fun fact about the 4th of July: In the US, this is the most requested day off by police officers. Not because they like spending this holiday with their families, but because of the chaos that ensues from not knowing if “that sound” was a firework or a gunshot.
